Its reliable 196 cc ST 200 engine features STIGA Autochoke and is the most powerful in the 9 Series petrol mowers range. The overhead valve (OHV), the galvanised steel deck and the heavy-duty, pro-aluminium transmission work together to keep emissions, noise and vibrations down to an eco-conscious low. And as an added safety measure, the push-button ignition prevents any accidental start-ups. Everything about this mower is designed to make working more comfortable and ensure a quality cut. The ergonomic handlebar is fully adjustable – simply move it into position via three handy trigger points. The double-layered Twinclip blade – designed, engineered and patented by STIGA – maximises the cutting and collector bag efficiency. And to suit the task ahead, the versatile 4-in-1 cutting system lets you choose from collection, rear- or side-discharge or mulching mode, using the supplied combi plug. Highlift blade
The highlift blade gives a precise finish to the lawn and ensures optimal filling of the grass catcher box. The blade creates a strong air current in the housing, which makes the grass stand upright before cutting and efficiently carries the clippings into the catcher box using an integrated and powerful air flow system.
Fold-open grass catcher box with level indicator
The plastic grass catcher box can be easily opened and emptied thanks to its folding mechanism. The current of air produced during mowing blows the clippings into the grass catcher box and ensures a high degree of filling. Thanks to the downward-facing vanes, the air is guided sideways towards the ground, preventing dirt from being thrown up. The level indicator signals the correct time for emptying. The airflow generated by the blade raises the level indicator. When the basket is full, the airflow stops. If the airflow is too low, the level indicator returns to its idle state and this is an indication to empty the catcher box. Optimal airflow is required in order for the level indicator to function fully. External influences such as wet, dense or tall grass, a low cutting height, contamination, etc. may affect the airflow and the performance of the level indicator.
Smooth running wheels
The smooth running wheels of the STIHL lawn mowers are extremely robust and hard-wearing. They have been equipped with a traction pattern and directional stability tread pattern for effortless manoeuvring and to help hold perfect line during mowing.
Carrying handles

Height-adjustable mono-comfort handlebar
The mono-comfort handlebar can be adjusted to the required body height without the use of tools for comfortable and ergonomic mowing. The handlebar can be folded for easier transport of the battery-powered lawnmower. The grass catcher box is mounted on one side for ease of access and removal.
Carrying handles
